Emergency First Aid in the Workplace

This HSE approved first aid course offers delegates the basic knowledge they need to take control in the event of an accident or illnes and to support fully-qualified first aiders

This course is designed for smaller workplaces with few health and safety risks, where a person or persons are required to take control in the event of an accident or sudden illness.

Delegates from larger organisations will be able to provide back-up assistance for fully-qualified first aiders. This is particularly relevant where a workplace has many sections or floors and where shift work is in operation.

Who should attend the Emergency First Aid in the Workplace course?

This first aid course is specifically designed for those who are a ‘nominated’ person to take control in an emergency first aid situation and those who will provide support to qualified first aiders.
