Sickness absence and rehabilitation survey 2008

This is the fifth national survey of EEF member organisations looking at their experience of sickness absence and rehabilitation.

It is the first to be undertaken in partnership with Unum, the UK’s leading disability insurer. The questionnaire was sent to 3,446 member companies in January 2008 asking them about sickness absence at their organisation in 2007.

Six hundred and twenty nine organisations, employing 117,175 employees responded (18.5% response rate). The report can be downloaded by members, and purchased from our online store.
