Management and Professional Engineers' Pay Survey 2007-8

EEF Management and Professional Engineers’ Pay Survey has been in operation for six years and consistently produces high-quality benchmarking pay data.

The 2007 survey was responded to by 553 companies, covering salary data for 15,228 managers and engineers in the industry.

The report is split into two main sections. The first section provides an analysis of all jobs across the whole of Great Britain. The second section provides a similarly detailed analysis of each job but by individual region, of which there are eight.

The analysis of jobs is conducted by:

• Geographical region

• Numbers employed

• Industrial sector

• Company turnover (£m)

EEF’s database of Management and Professional Engineers’ pay has developed into one of the most comprehensive sources of pay data for this group of employees in the industry. Unfortunately, we are unable to publish every possible variant of the analysis.EEF members can contact their own Associations for further advice.
