Broadway House is an impressive Edwardian style conference venue located at the heart of Westminster directly opposite St James’s Park tube station. The venue is AIM GOLD accredited, the industry national standard for quality of service and facilities you can expect to find.

Broadway House offers 14 versatile conference and meeting rooms which can be configured to your personal needs. Our largest suite, the Stephenson room, can accommodate up to 120 delegates in a theatre style layout. The meeting rooms are fully accessible through elevators servicing all floors.

The meeting rooms at Broadway House have natural daylight, air conditioning and leading edge technology – 100MB free Wi-Fi, data projectors, in-room computers, DVD and audio conferencing technology.

The Council Chamber, Stephenson room and Westminster Suite are also fitted with full PA and recording facilities.

Refreshments, stationery, flipcharts, phones and whiteboards are included as standard and there are no hidden extras.

Every EEF conference venue places a strong emphasis on high quality, nutritious and delicious food and Broadway House is no exception through our team of skilled chefs. A selection of appetizing menu options are available ranging from finger buffets to fork buffets and private sit down lunches.

We also cater for private dinners and canapé receptions for up to 80 people

Travelling by rail

Victoria, Waterloo and Charing Cross mainline stations are all within walking distance or a five minute taxi ride away. St James's Park tube station on the District and Circle lines, is directly opposite Broadway House.

Travelling by air

Heathrow and Gatwick are the closest airports with easy access from Broadway House to the Heathrow Express from Paddington and the Gatwick Express from Victoria.
