Conference and meeting rooms

The building has a 19th century elegance and charm and the picturesque grounds overlook Westbury Park.

Engineers’ House offers 16 fully versatile meeting rooms which can be configured to your personal needs. Our largest room, the Clifton suite can accommodate up to 170 delegates in a theatre style layout with ease of access through an elevator.

The meeting rooms at Engineers’ House in Bristol all have natural daylight and leading edge technology – 100MB free Wi-Fi, data projectors, in-room computers, DVD and audio conferencing technology. We can also provide multiple laptops for training sessions at no extra cost.

Refreshments, stationery, flipcharts, phones and whiteboards are included as standard and there are no hidden extras.

Our team are on hand at all times to tailor a solution specific to your requirements, to look after the technology, organise refreshments and provide a responsive and seamless service that will ensure your event runs smoothly.

Every EEF conference venue places a strong emphasis on high quality, nutritious and delicious food and Engineers’ House is no exception through our team of skilled chefs. The atmospheric Vaults restaurant offers an expansive and appetizing two course hot and cold buffet lunch created by our team of skilled chefs.

We also cater for private dinners and canapé receptions for up to 150 people and the idyllic grounds lend themselves to marquee events whether it be a conference or a function.

All dietary needs are catered for, so please advise us in advance of your specific needs.

The venue benefits from a number of spacious lounges offering a plentiful supply of homemade cakes and pastries, fresh fruit, juices and free-flowing teas and coffees.

Location

Engineers’ House is ideally situated for businesses looking for a conference venue in Bristol and the South West.

Travelling by car

Engineers’ House is easily accessible from the M4 and M5 within a 10 minute drive. Parking is available on site as well as a regular complementary shuttle service operating to and from West End Car Park in the city centre.

Travelling by rail

Bristol Temple Meads mainline station is a short distance from Engineers’ House. Taxis are readily available from outside the station, and we have a shuttle service running throughout the day (as mentioned above).

Travelling by air

Engineers’ House is a 20 minute drive from Bristol City Airport.
