EEF's monthly pay update provides the latest data on pay settlements across manufacturing.
Key points from the latest Pay Bulletin and our inflation pages include:
- Three-month average settlement unchanged at 3.2%.
Majority of settlements agreed between 2.76-3%.
Pay deferrals fall back after last month’s high.
CPI steady at 2.5%.
