The law governing the transfers of businesses has been with us for some time now but new Regulations, introduced in 2006, have made some important changes to the conduct of transfers and widened the scope of what is covered. If you are involved in buying or selling businesses, or even a third party in the middle of a change of contractor, you need to know about your rights and responsibilities as an employer – whether you are losing or gaining employees.

The course will also contain practical guidance on handling the people issues and will include input from business personnel who have experienced the process and lived to tell the tale!
