Employment Law

Our employment law services are available to member companies and cover UK and European legislation to keep you up to date with notification of changes to legislation together with Employment Tribunal Management.

Employee Relations

We offer practical and individual support to members in responding to and resolving employee relations issues and assisting in the implementation of change.

Health, Safety and Environment

In addition to the core support services, we offer a Peripatetic Safety Advisory Service (PSAS) and a Peripatetic Environmental Advisory Service (PEAS) together with a full range of Health, Safety and Environmental training courses.

Information and Statistics

Member companies receive a comprehensive and professional service of advice and support. We provide bulletins on: latest inflation forecasts, business trends surveys, surveys of pay and conditions, economic trends and pay settlements.

Training and Development

We provide high calibre, top quality bespoke training and development programmes for organisations within all sectors. In addition we have a personal advisory service to members and offer a wide range of public short courses.

Representation

We believe in representing the interests of our members. We do this by monitoring and reviewing matters of concern including employment affairs, pensions, education, lifelong learning and health, safety and the environment.
