EEF, the manufacturers’ organisation, is running a free webinar on 26th August to help companies get their heads around new gender pay reporting requirements.
The move follows a recent Government announcement that it would be pressing ahead with plans requiring firms with over 250 employees to report on their gender pay gap. A large number of manufacturers are likely to be affected by any new legislation and a consultation is currently open to seek views from businesses and their representatives.
The webinar will give an overview of the Government’s proposals, helping businesses to get to grips with what the proposals could mean for them. Participants will also be able to help shape industry’s official response to the proposals.
The webinar will cover off the ‘who, what, where and when’ of the new requirements, as well as outline the various approaches that could be adopted to minimise the impact on businesses and ensure that employers have as much flexibility as possible.
