New Consultancy Director at manufacturers' organisation

EEF, the manufacturers’ organisation, has appointed Martin Strutt as its new Consultancy Director. Martin will be responsible for leading and developing EEF’s manufacturing consulting services across the UK, ensuring that they provide manufacturers with the support they need to drive growth and productivity.

  

The move comes as the sector faces another challenging year, with global economic risks looming large. Martin is well-placed to help manufacturers tackle risks and find long-term solutions. He is a highly accomplished Operations Director with 37 years’ experience of working with a broad range of multi-national manufacturing businesses in both executive management and senior consulting roles.

 

Martin has a proven track record of reorganisation, process improvement and profit growth. He is a qualified Chartered Engineer and started his career at British Aerospace in 1979. Subsequently he has worked with industry heavyweights and consultancy firms, including KPMG, Chloride Group, Hewlett Packard and PA Consulting Group. As a consultant he has worked with household names, such as Rolls-Royce, Siemens and Panasonic.

 

EEF has been offering consultancy and business services to industry for 120 years.
