Training and progression
We listen to our staff and work with them to give them the confidence to fulfil the responsibilities of their role. We also find out where they want to progress to within the company so that we can provide them with the training and the support needed to get there.

Progression with EEF
Ravinder Kaur, HR Officer
Ravinder Kaur joined EEF as a receptionist at our Birmingham office. When she showed an interest in learning more about the HR function of the business we supported her through her Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) studies and moved her into a HR administrator’s role. Following further training, supported by us, Ravinder was recently promoted to the role of HR officer.

Isabel Graham, Business Solutions Partner
Business solutions partner, Isabel Graham, originally joined our Sheffield office as training and events co-ordinator. Her ability to sell our products and services was soon evident and so we asked her to move into a business development adviser role. She accepted the offer and, in 2014, we promoted her to the role of business solutions partner, where she supports the corporate sales director.
