An apprenticeship is mutually beneficial for both the apprentice and their employer. The apprentice gains qualifications that will boost their employability and career prospects, and the employer can develop their next generation of talent with the specific skills they need.

At EEF's Technology Training Centre, our team of tutors works with apprentices in the classroom and on the shop floor to ensure they receive the specific expertise and qualifications their employer has requested.
