Adele was the recipient of leading London law firm Titmuss Sainer Dechert (now Dechert) Legal Scholarship in 1995, she undertook her Training Contract with National firm Weightmans qualifying as a Solicitor in 1999. In the employment law department, she acted nationally for a number of Respondent clients with specific focus on leisure and leisure retail industry, e.g. Whitbread, Allied Domecq, and Royal Mail.
Adele joined the EEF in 2001 undertaking a mix of contentious and non-contentious work advising on all aspects of employment law. Adele is an experienced advocate in the Employment Tribunal. She has acted on cases involving unfair dismissal, all forms of discrimination, equal pay and holiday pay claims. Adele also has experience of multi- applicant high value complex pension loss issues. Adele acts for some of our larger national clients IKEA, Siemens, Kerry Foods, QVC.
Adele provides day to day surgery advice and assistance at disciplinary and appeal hearings.
Adele is an experienced speaker, she enjoys delivering external and tailored in-house training seminars regularly.
