Andy is a qualified solicitor and deals with all aspects of employment law, including unfair dismissal, discrimination, and TUPE and employment status. He joined EEF more than five years ago and is a named adviser for several leading national businesses. Previously, he was an in-house solicitor for an international recruitment company, based in London.
Andy has extensive experience of advocating in employment tribunals nationwide. He also delivers training on all aspects of employment law, including managing redundancies, avoiding discrimination, and the rights of agency workers. As a qualified mediator, he has assisted in workplace disputes for both individuals and large teams.
