Joanne has extensive management experience in both HR and Training. She has been employed as a Senior Adviser with EEF for over 15 years, giving HR/Legal advice and solutions encompassing a full range of issues including employee relations, employment law, diversity, practice and procedures to meet operational needs.
Joanne has experience of managing complex situations to evaluate and analyse problems, assisting with strategic and practical solutions. She has successfully developed and delivered a wide range of training and development courses to delegates at senior level. This includes all areas of employment law, as well as one-to-one coaching.
She has experience of successfully dealing with trade unions including dispute resolution, settlement agreements, pay and grading, termination, grievances, as well as external conciliation.
She also has extensive experience within the manufacturing industry, where she has held a number of Senior management roles.
