Stephen is a Senior adviser and has extensive experience across all areas of HR. Prior to joining EEF Stephen specialised in Employee Relations for a large PLC company across the UK.
Stephen's wealth of experience includes advising at a strategic level, including CEO’s, Managing Director’s, Senior Manager’s and all levels of HR professionals. He also has experience working together for practical business solutions and providing pragmatic advice to companies across the UK on all aspects of HR and employment law, such as holiday pay, gender pay, trade unions, GDPR, performance management, changing terms and conditions, TUPE, discipline & grievance, family friendly issues, sickness absence, discrimination, agency workers etc.
Stephen has worked with many different organisations in the development and implementation of HR systems, processes, policy and procedures. He has also successfully delivered a multitude of training.
