Eeanor joined EEF in 2013 and provides practical, business focussed advice to member organisations on day-to-day HR issues, such as redundancies, absence management and disciplinaries. She has a particular interest in training employees, which she exercises at all levels - from senior management to shop floor staff. Eleanor continues her tribunal work, representing members in claims such as unfair dismissal, whistleblowing and discrimination. Before joining EEF Eleanor worked for a national law firm representing employees and employers in all types of tribunal claims. She qualified as a solicitor in 2007.
