Katy has specialised in employment law since qualifying as a Solicitor in 2002 and is a member of the Employment Lawyers Association.
She has supported many of EEF members with employment tribunal claims, ranging from breach of contract through to discrimination and unfair dismissal. Katy also provides day-to-day guidance and support to all levels of HR personnel, covering issues such as TUPE, whistleblowing, contractual disputes and discrimination. In addition, she delivers training and legal updates to both members and non-members.
Prior to joining EEF, Katy worked for a large commercial law firm in the South East, providing both contentious and non-contentious advice to predominantly corporate clients.
