Nevil joined EEF as a Solicitor in 1981 and is Principal Adviser, leading on employment law matters for a number of EEF's large national blue chip member companies. He has an extensive knowledge of industrial relations, backed up by wide experience of employment law and employee relations.
Nevil has represented member companies in l hundreds of employment tribunal cases, including landmark cases on Sunday working, atypical working and disciplinary processes. He has represented member companies at the Employment Appeal Tribunal and his advice to member companies has twice been tested and upheld in the Court of Appeal. His special areas of interest include unfair dismissal, TUPE and harassment.
