Sarah qualified as a solicitor in 1995 following her MA in Jurisprudence at Exeter College, Oxford University. She is a senior adviser at EEF and has worked on the EEF advice line since 2006. She has built up valued relationships with several of our key accounts over the years.
Before joining EEF, Sarah was a Partner in private practice dealing with employment law. She has also been a Criminal Duty Court Advocate, a Police station Adviser and an accredited Children Panel Solicitor representing guardians and children in care proceedings.
Sarah has considerable experience in helping employers to find practical and commercial solutions to the complete range of legal and employee relations problems. Sarah can support your business on any employment issue including Redundancies and Restructuring, TUPE, Changing terms and conditions, Equality law compliance and Settlement Agreements.
Sarah particularly enjoys delivering training and meeting members. She has a passion for Customer Service and aims to delight our members.
She enjoys running and cycling in her spare time.
