Her multi-faceted experience includes all aspects of HR and performance management, recruitment, complex disciplinary and grievance investigations employee relations, coaching and mentoring, change management projects including redundancy, TUPE and site closure.
She is truly committed to promoting and sharing the highest standards and developing others through the development and delivery of tailored workshops covering a variety of HR topics.
In 2005, Emma was awarded the prestigious Chartered Fellow status with the CIPD which recognises senior HR professionals who deliver sustained long-term business performance by leading and developing people strategy.
