Margaret is a Senior HR Consultant at EEF. She offers significant HR strategy and organisational change management experience with an outstanding record of delivering major projects on time and within budget that have improved organisational efficiencies and engagement. During her +20 years’ experience she has worked in partnership with Managing Directors/SMT’s senior operations managers and HR professionals to facilitate and enhance operational change effectively delivering return on investment and in support of business strategy.
Her experience covers all areas of HR management including absence management, coaching, culture change, employee relations, employee engagement, complex grievance, disciplinary and redundancy cases, TUPE transfer including service provision change as well as managing teams of HR professionals and developing new HR policies and procedures.
Prior to joining EFF 6.5 years ago, Margaret built up a wealth of HR experience in manufacturing, engineering within unionised and non-unionised environments , public sector including the Police and NHS , non-profit and retail, working for national multi-site business as well as spending 7 years as an HR Business Partner responsible for a portfolio of clients in the professional consultancy services sector.
