Margaret takes a professional and pragmatic approach to providing resolutions and managing client expectations. In addition to her advisory role, she develops and delivers bespoke workshops covering a variety of HR topics.

Her specialist areas of expertise include attendance management, management coaching, business change initiatives, change management, performance management, recruitment and selection, disciplinary, complex grievance investigations, employee relations within both unionised and non-unionised environments, TUPE, and HR strategy.

Margaret has 18 years of HR management experience in the manufacturing and engineering sectors, as well as in retail operations and with the police authority.
