Aaron is responsible for maintaining key links with stakeholders in the EU institutions, continuously growing and improving existing relationships and developing new ones. Aaron is tasked with identifying and providing timely intelligence on policy issues, predicting likely future developments and cascading this to relevant EEF policy team members. Working with EEF's London-based policy team and regional membership team to keep abreast of and support the development and representation of EEF policy on European issues. Aaron also advises on tactical and strategic issues in Europe, identifying positions of other member states through EEF’s European Association Ceemet and through other mediums.
Prior to this role, Aaron was part of EEFs Business Development team where he established and maintained highly effective relationships. Whilst in that role Aaron engaged with members being able to offer them a wide range of EEF services, specifically around EEFs Health, Safety and Sustainability training offering.
