Frank heads up EEF’s work on energy policy. This includes keeping member companies up-to-date with any developments and representing their concerns in discussions with the UK government, regulators and other policymakers in London and Brussels. Key issues for manufacturers in this area include competitive electricity prices, the costs and opportunities of decarbonisation policies, and energy efficiency policies.
Prior to joining EEF, Frank worked for five years as a Policy Analyst at a renewable energy trade association. Frank studied Political Science at the Aarhus University and has an MA in Environment, Politics & Globalisation from King’s College London.
