Sam is responsible for developing EEF’s environment policy, responding to government consultations and representing members of EEF in a variety of forums. Sam has a particular focus on REACH, Circular Economy, waste and resources and the impact of Brexit on environmental regulation.  Prior to joining EEF he worked as a policy adviser for the waste industry. Sam graduated in law from Birkbeck, University of London and before that he studied the humanities at the University of West England in Bristol.
