Brexit Negotiations

Yes, today marks the day that formal Brexit negotiations with the EU will begin. After the inconclusive general election result, this date had been put in some doubt. However, the government last week confirmed that talks will commence, with Brexit secretary David Davies leading the negotiations in Brussels. The objective of these talks, let alone the outcome are uncertain, but with less than two years until the UK’s official departure date, securing a deal that supports industry is of great importance.
