Thinking of supplying a narrative to your gender pay gap reporting? Some facts and figures to think about....

Employers with over 250 employees are required to publish their gender pay gap before 4th April 2018. We know that in manufacturing the gender pay gap is higher than average largely because of the industry's challenges of attracting women into manufacturing and a very leaky STEM pipeline.

With only 6 months to go before the gender pay gap reporting deadline we have supplied some facts and figures about women in manufacturing and engineering to support employers thinking about writing an accompanying narrative....
