Adam is responsible for managing and developing relationships with member companies in the West Midlands. He engages with members to aid business growth and help them gain maximum value from their EEF membership, utilising services and support available. He works alongside partner organisations and regional media to raise the profile of businesses and ensure their interests are represented at a local and national level.
Adam also designs and delivers a programme of regional events which enable members to share best practice, network, and learn from experts. Adam joined EEF after graduating from Oxford in 2013, and has a background in foreign languages and teaching.
