Beverley works with the North West of England Region Director (RD) and Membership & External Affairs Manager (MEAM). She provides administration support to the membership team, in particular with regard to the co-ordination of member customer care visits, which she also attends and supports as necessary.
Beverley supports the Region Director & MEAM by providing data and regular reports to ensure that member companies achieve the maximum value from their membership. Consequently she plays a key role in ensuring member satisfaction and long-term retention.
Beverley is the main point of contact for enquiries about North West of England membership, upcoming regional events and EEF website queries and is the Customer First champion for the Warrington office, responsible for promoting Customer First excellence.
Beverley has spent over 10 years with EEF. Prior to working with the membership team she spent time with the finance team and then with the Health, Safety & Sustainability (HSS) team as an administrator. Latterly she became HSS area co-ordinator for the North. This gave her an in depth knowledge of the service delivery side of EEF, which has really played to her strengths as a customer champion for the business.
