Gayle is responsible for managing and developing relationships with member companies in the South East. She works closely with members to ensure that they gain maximum value from their EEF membership, utilising the services and support available. Working in conjunction with partner organisations and regional media she helps raise the profile of businesses and ensures their interests are represented locally and nationally. This work involves designing and delivering a programme of regional events where members are able to share best practice, network and learn from experts.
Gayle has over 15 years’ experience in managing customer facing and service departments. Several of these departments have received external recognition for their customer service excellence whilst under her management. An experienced project manager, Gayle has worked in a variety of businesses in both the public and private sectors. She is currently a member of the Chartered Institute of Management (MCMI) and of the Association for Project Management (APMP).
