Join us at Caterpillar, Peterlee for our member connect event and learn how they are benefitting from their investment in skills.

Hear how Caterpillar have invested in the skills development of its workforce to help drive the success of the business at their Peterlee site.

The event will take place at Caterpillar’s Learning Centre of Lights, where much of this skills development takes place, attendees will also learn of the range of opportunities available to other regional employers to access the facility to improve the skills of their workforce.

Attendees will also be provided with tours of the Learning Centre and the Peterlee plant to see the range of development undertaken and how this is applied in the workplace.
