Grass roots continuous improvement
Corin Group PLC, world leaders in orthopaedic innovation, implemented a continuous improvement scheme into their manufacturing workforce that has embedded a self-help culture across the organisation.
Come to this member connect event to see the scheme in action.
Continuous improvement has grown from an innovative pilot in just one area of the plant to covering the entire manufacturing site including their production, engineering and technical facilities in just 12 months.
The scheme was implemented to create a culture change, encouraging employees to develop their own continuous improvement ideas with complete support from the business. Through dedicated coaching, business functions became more interactive, sharing and communicating their ideas across the site.
At their plant in Cirencester, you will hear how Corin embedded a philosophy of continuous improvement throughout their site and have the opportunity for a site tour so you can see how the scheme has significantly transformed Corins workforce and workplace.
