EEF will be hosting our own event as part of IFB2016 on June 14th at the Exhibition Centre Liverpool. Taking place at the beginning of Manufacturing Week, this half-day event will provide an essential insight into the critical role that the UK manufacturing sector plays within the global economy. In doing so, it will also provide invaluable context for many of the other events taking place during Manufacturing Week.
Through a combination of keynote addresses delivered by industry experts and panel debates led by representatives from some of the UK’s – as well as the world’s – leading manufacturers, the event will provide answers to many of the critical questions facing anyone that has an interest in the future of manufacturing:
What are the emerging trends in global manufacturing?
What does the UK manufacturing landscape look like and to what extent are UK manufacturers well placed to capitalise on these emerging trends?
In what areas are UK manufacturers leading the way globally and what are the secrets of their success?
Why is the UK such a hotbed for product and process innovation…and how can we get better at commercialising our innovations?
The event will also provide a unique networking opportunity for delegates from both the UK and overseas to come together to share ideas, find solutions to common problems and identify new customers, new suppliers and new business partners.
The event is free to attend for registered delegates and will finish with a networking lunch. To register early interest and book your free place, please email Beverley Vinton email@example.com
