Kelly is responsible for the day to day operations, including member engagement and event management to maximise business opportunities for members.
Kelly has worked in the customer service and business support industry for over 20 years. She has worked with companies of all sizes, primarily SMEs, on a wide range of topics including business planning, marketing and finance. The customer is her priority and main focus in everything that she does.
Her vast experience has enabled her to advise individuals looking to set up their own business or existing companies on a range of issues. She has managed a team of 25 people and liaised with key accounts to ensure service delivery and SLAs were met.
"My role is particularly varied. No day, or member company, is the same, which keeps it extremely interesting… I visit companies nationwide to carry out business diagnostics and establish how NDI can support them."
