This webpage provides information on mandatory gender pay gap reporting for large employers, which will be brought into effect on 6 April 2017. This is subject to parliamentary approval of a final version of the Equality Act 2010 (Gender Pay Gap Information) Regulations 2017. Acas Guidance for employers will accompany the new Regulations but is not yet available.
