EEF labour turnover report

Do you know what the latest trends are on employee churn in manufacturing?

This report is free to EEF members – you just need to log in.

Measuring the turnover of employees is an important way for companies to understand their workforce and identify potential problems in retention and recruitment.

This is why EEF’s annual Labour Turnover benchmark is an essential tool for HR professionals.  The report details the trends in employee movement in manufacturing in the last year, looking at the data by type of employee and giving breakdowns by company size, sector and region.
