Mike has over 20 years in the training sector as a deliverer, a senior manager and as a consultant for management and personal development programmes. During his career in training, Mike has worked with a range of small, medium and large organisations across the UK delivering bespoke leadership, management and personal development programmes.

He actively utilises personality and behavioural tools such as Myers-Briggs, Firo-B, DISC, 360 degree feedback into the programmes as part of the development of greater emotional intelligence of the participants.
Mike is able to adapt and focus his delivery to the needs of every group he facilitates. From the very practical, hands-on approach required of some groups to the more reflective and in-depth requirements of other groups.
The way people prefer to learn during the training signals to the trainer the style and method of delivery most likely to get the most from that group. Mike’s experience allows him to read this very quickly and adapt his delivery to suit. He builds a lot of practical examples based on his own experience into the sessions, adding more relevance to the content being delivered.
