This four-day course provides delegates with a robust understanding of the IET 17th Edition Wiring Regulations (BS 7671) and how this standard applies to electrical installations. It is aimed at electricians and allied professionals, such as surveyors, consultants and trades, who need to update and enhance their understanding of The Institute of Engineering and Technology (IET) wiring regulations.

Electricity at work

This one-day modular course will assist duty holders in meeting the Electricity at Work Regulations to ensure safety. It is particularly relevant to engineers, including those involved in design, construction, operation or maintenance of electrical systems; technicians and their managers; electricians and electrical installers, and managers and supervisors with responsibilities for electrical equipment. It is expected that delegates will have basic UK health and safety awareness and also some knowledge of the danger from electricity.

Fault finding and diagnostics for programmable logic controllers (PLC)

This two-day introduction to troubleshooting and fault diagnostics for programmable logic controllers (PLCs) will show delegates learn how to undertake routine diagnostics to enable re-programming. Introduction to programmable logic controllers (PLC)
