Luke who joined Woodland Grange
Luke Brady has recently joined our reception team at Woodland Grange. A graduate of Coventry University,with seven years’ experience within the hospitality sector, Luke has clear views on what makes a great receptionist. ng a champagne reception exclusively for you and your clients. “Care of the customer is all-important,” he said. “As the first point of contact, it is reception staff’s job to ensure that everyone feels welcome. But it doesn’t stop there. Being there for delegates and ensuring that their needs are looked after from the moment they step through the door is what instils trust, confidence and peace of mind.”
Luke is a skilled multi-tasker, something he also feels is essential in fulfilling his role. Having started his working life as a part-time kitchen assistant when still at school, before moving into reception work, Luke understands the challenges of a busy venue.
“Reception is often the first port of call for delegates and the venue team so we have to be quick thinkers, highly organised and responsive”, he said.
