Two exciting opportunities have arisen to join the multi award winning team at EEF Venues, named ‘No 1 Small Group in the Venue Verdict Awards 2014.

Reception 

Woodland Grange is a stunning 4 star residential conference venue in Warwickshire with 114 bedrooms and 26 meeting rooms with a maximum capacity of 200. This is a fabulous opportunity to join a forward thinking team in a building full of character, state-of-the-art facilities, 16 acres of beautiful grounds - and a convenient location at the heart of the motorway network (the M40, M42, M6 and M69 are all within a 20 minute drive).

 It is one of only fourteen conference venues in the UK to have achieved the Accredited in Meetings (AIM) Gold Award for superb meeting room facilities and it is a Conference Centre of Excellence, the highest measure of quality within the conference venue sector.

Reception Manager, Woodland Grange, Leamington Spa

We are looking for a candidate with a great personality and passion for the hospitality industry to join the management team at our flagship venue in Leamington Spa.

Reception experience in a busy, hotel/conference environment is essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities;

  • Excellent communication skills with high standards of literacy, numeracy and office based computer systems
  • Excellent operational knowledge of IT front office systems
  • Ensuring an excellent arrival experience for all guests
  • Ensuring a seamless guest experience from start to finish
  • Implementation and management of all front office systems & procedures
  • The meeting and greeting of all conference organisers and clients
  • Duty management duties as required
  • Training and development of all reception team members
  • Ability to recognize and develop future stars
  • Ensuring the accuracy of all front of house daily reports and accounts
  • High presentation standards

Receptionist, Woodland Grange, Leamington Spa

As Receptionist you will be expected to provide exceptional customer service and information to our guests, as well as liaising efficiently with all other departments in the hotel to ensure the smooth running of the Front Office.

Key Responsibilities;

  • Ensuring an exceptional arrival experience for all guests
  • Checking in and out guests
  • Ensuring that the department runs efficiently whilst you are on shift
  • Answering the telephone
  • Banking responsibilities
  • Dealing with reservations accurately and promptly.

Experience within a busy, hotel/conference environment is desirable for this role.
