Woodland Grange is launching a direct booking portal via its website from mid-February 2016. This means that clients will be able to book a room in advance at any time of the day or the night. Best rate will be guaranteed, and regardless of how far in advance a booking is made, it can be cancelled with 48 hours’ notice.

Ian Chaplin, general manager of Woodland Grange, said:”Our new system is all part of our focus on the customer journey, starting from the moment they make a booking. With increasingly challenging workloads and busy schedules bookers want the convenience and flexibility of booking a room when it suits them so we hope this will be viewed as a welcome addition to our highly personal and tailored services.”
