The guests have spoken, and thanks to their feedback, the team at EEF Venues’ Woodland Grange in Leamington Spa, Warwickshire has been named ‘hospitality heroes’ by Booking.com
The team has earned a Guest Review Award from Booking.com, with an overall rating of 8.5 out of 10 from their delegates and guests.
John Turpin, venue manager at woodland Grange, said: “Customer feedback means everything to us. The business is driven by customer service excellence so for our guests to take the time to rate us and leave positive comments is a fantastic endorsement of what we do.”
The score is based on all reviews that were published on the Booking.com website during a 24-month period. Each venue is scored on cleanliness, comfort, location, facilities, staff and value for money. This is the fifth consecutive year that the residential venue has gained this award.
“Consistency is everything within the meeting and conference sector,” said John. “This is why we place so much emphasis on training and development to ensure that our standards remain high and that our guest experience is as enjoyable as it can be.
