Mental Health First Aider Training Refresher
This course qualifies delegates as a Mental Health First Aider with MHFA (Mental Health First Aid) England. It teaches people how to spot the signs and symptoms of mental ill health and provide help on a first aid basis.
It’s suitable for anyone who wants to better support and understand their employees’ or colleagues’ mental health and for companies that want to demonstrate their commitment to equality between mental and physical health.
