Project management 101
In this project management 101 course, you will learn some of the basics of project management. This course is a warm up for our 2 day project management for non-project managers course, or can be a stand-alone introduction course for those who want to brush up on their project management skills This course is aimed at managers who work on projects as part of their role, but are not qualified project managers.

In this project management 101 session delegates will learn some of the basics of project management and will carry out facilitated activities and discussions as part of the learning session

- Project lifecycle
- Project tools and how to use them (managing risks, planning, stakeholder management)
By completing this course, delegates will be able to:
Manage small projects effectively by understanding the project lifecycle, key project tools and how to use them.
